Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped, by contacting our customer service team with your order number.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Custom-made, altered, or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If Neo Neuf Concept cancels an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 7–14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Items returned without original tags or showing signs of wear
Neo Neuf Concept reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.
